We structured a six-site pilot with a 60-day deployment timeline across hospitals and remote radiology offices. It was designed to show how Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SD-WAN could support demanding clinical environments and handle large data workloads, such as medical imaging, while ensuring patient care continued without disruption.

This wasn’t a test. It was a real-world, deployment-ready rollout.

How We Delivered It

A dedicated Globalgig project manager worked closely with the customer’s IT team to:

Align cutovers with once-a-month hospital maintenance windows to avoid disrupting patient care.
Keep engineering and operational teams fully coordinated.
Design a detailed, phased project plan to execute the six-site pilot successfully and lay the groundwork for expanding to the rest of their 70-plus sites.

This disciplined approach kept the project on track, reduced risk and gave the customer confidence in a clear path forward.
