That’s where Globalgig’s Integrated Managed Services (IMS) came in. It’s a delivery-led approach designed to take over the management of existing networks, provide hands-on support, and give customers a way to move forward on their own terms.

We structured a two-phase approach with clear accountability and practical next steps.

Begin onboarding five priority sites, including Azure and core network hubs.
Audit policies, licensing, and Prisma Access configuration with a focus on traffic paths and enforcement rules.
Optimize the environment for actual usage and reduce unnecessary spend.
Activate Orchestra Insight to deliver full visibility across the network.
Support the IT team with hands-on operational management.

Optimization and Growth

Template and optimize traffic flows across all sites.
Work with the agent to identify opportunities through management of their network, based on real insight and patterns.
Build a roadmap for true network modernization.

This phased approach avoided disruption and gave the customer space to regain control. With only two people managing the entire estate, a full rebuild wasn’t realistic or necessary.

Our plan eased the daily burden and brought structure to a complex environment. From there, alongside the agent, we continue to identify gaps, track usage, and recommend improvements that support long-term growth.

IMS (Integrated Managed Services) is a managed service offer for customers who already have a network in place, but aren’t getting the support they need. Globalgig takes over day-to-day management, even if the setup isn’t ours. The customer keeps their current infrastructure, but gets expert guidance, stability, and clarity without a full rebuild.
